De que estan hechos sus productos?
Nuestros productos son hechos principalmente de aluminio y sus materias primas integradas provienen de empresas nacionales que cuentan con certificado de aseguramiento de calidad.
Nuestra especialidad en en aluminio y por el momento, nosotros no hacemos productos hechos en base de PVC o de acero.
Cuanto se demoran en entregar un pedido?
Depende del tamano y la cantidad del proyecto acorde con la comunicacion con el cliente. Hay pedidos que lo podemos cumplir en menos de una semana, como hay otros que por su volumen pueden tomar de 3 a 5 semanas.
Por que el aluminio se siente mas fria que la madera o el PVC a temperatura ambiente?
Debido a que es un excelente conductor, el aluminio conduce el calor rapidamente desde su mano al metal, sintiendo su mano mas fria, aunque las superficies expuestas estan a temperatura ambiente.
Los marcos de PVC reducen la condensacion de la ventana?
No! La condensacion depende del vidrio o la temperatura superficial del marco, la humedad relativa de la casa y la temperatura ambiente. La condensacion puede ocurrir independientemente sobre el vidrio o el marco.
Los marcos de aluminio tienen la misma conductividad termica que el PVC, es asi que el desempeno de una ventana de aluminio es igual a una ventana de PVC.
Es realmente la instalacion de una ventana lo importante?
Si! La calidad de la instalacion tiene un mayor impacto sobre el comportamiento de la ventana, incluyendo la facilidad de operacion y la prolongacion de fugas de aire. La resistencia del aluminio, la rigidez y el peso liviano hacen que las ventanas de aluminio sea de facil instalacion.

What are your windows and doors made of?

We fabricate from our aluminum extrusions. We do not make steel or vinyl (PVC) windows and doors.

Why does it take so long?
|
|
|
Because the windows and doors are custom made and we must order glass from an outside supplier, it takes 3-5 weeks to finish an order.

When does my leadtime begin?
|
|

Your leadtime begins when we have a signed confirmation which shows the sizes and quantities of your order as well as the types of windows and / or doors you are ordering.
If the order requires a deposit, the deposit is required before the leadtime starts.

What is your lead time?

Leadtime can vary from 2 to 5 weeks, depending upon styles, quantities and workload in-house

What is the most important thing to do to make my windows and doors operate smoothly?
|
|
|
The single most important factor in the smooth operation of our product is a plumb and square installation. If your casement or door does not close easily, check it with a level, square and plumb line. Make this check before stucco is applied.

Do you make windows other than standard sizes?
|
|
|
All of our windows are "made to order". We have nothing in "stock". Therefore, we can make your windows and doors to the exact size and design that you need.

Do you make sliders?
|

Yes, we make casements, fixed, pictured and awning windows and doors. We make all sorts of custom combination in windows and doors.

Do you come to the jobsite and measure?
|
|
|
Its depend of the location of the jobsite. We specialize in window fabrication. You will need to call a window dealer or installer to measure your windows. You will need to buy your windows from this person if you want them to take the responsibility for the measurements.

What are your standard finishes and colors?
|
|
|
We fabricate from natural anodized and dark bronze anodized aluminum material. We also have a standard color of white.

Can you ship orders to destinations too far to deliver?
|
|
|
Yes, we can crate orders for shipment via common carrier. We can ship orders to Miami and Quito or Panama City and other destinations regularly. We can use any carrier that you specify.
